About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of freight and logistics solutions, is seeking an experienced Freight Account Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Ensure shipments are monitored, tracked, and delivered on time, resolving any issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to maintain service excellence.
• Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights on their accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, service agreements, and pricing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.
• Ensure compliance with international freight regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport account management.
• Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/logistics systems.
• Knowledge of customs, import/export documentation, and international shipping regulations.
• Existing contacts within the freight/logistics industry.
